Agnese, born and raised in the countryside.
Since childhood she has breathed in the smell of freshly baked homemade bread and learned notions of agriculture and the value of the land, which today make her an expert in growing grains, legumes, vegetables and milk.

Agnese is the owner of a family farm, where she strives to elevate her products to high quality standards.
He passed on his wealth of knowledge to his children, sharing traditions, skills and the knowledge that the land is the only true source of livelihood, even in the most difficult times.
Each family member plays a key role in the company, offering support and helping to maintain the balance between tradition and technological innovation. When we asked her about her relationship with technology, Agnese surprised us: she has learned to use it effectively, adapting to business needs, without ever losing her connection to her roots.
In addition to working on product processing, Agnese deals with bureaucracy, facing no small number of challenges on a daily basis.

Like most Laurenzana women guardians of ancient traditions, Agnese makes nuglia, preserving a knowledge that has been passed down for generations.
Agnes cannot say for sure where the name“nuglia” comes from, but she knows perfectly well the preparation and remembers the old proverbs that accompany it.
For her, the nuglia is a symbol of identity, peasant culture, and a deep connection to the land she respectfully observes.
